Many men go fishing all of their lives without knowing that it is not fish they are after.  -
Henry David Thoreau

I am taking the opportunity to address a few questions about my own recipe for increasing conscious awareness.

No one answer is perfect for everyone, but when we share our experiences, it offers a perspective to allow others to validate or shift their own reality and feel more accepting of the natural unfolding of a multidimensional way of being in the world.

Here is the link to Focusing on Expanding our ConsciousAwareness.

The energy continues to amp up. For those who are sensitive - that creates more opportunities for intuitive insight and dimensional shifts.

I address multiple topics: Raising your conscious awareness, one shift at a time, Working with Spirit Guides, Exploring Metaphysics, Ghosts, Paranormal, PSI, Energy Healing, Animal Totems, Shamanic dream work, ET, and more...

Choose your focus. Learn your code. It's all there. Yes - an hour isn't a long enough time to elaborate on any one topic but it serves to introduce a few different approaches and a mindful perspective when the extraordinary opens a door. And I cover other topics or some of this more in depth on other shows.

I really enjoyed my conversation with Rajah Sharma - Mindless Manifestation – Yoga for the mind. For anyone who has discovered the Secret and realized the Law Of Attraction left a few things out, Rajah has a process that is easy to learn and addresses engaging the breath to activate the life force required to empower our manifesting abilities.

Again, the paranormal sneaks a cameo. He includes an event that remains his own metaphysical mystery and what the sage told him as a result.

Rajah's life story demonstrates the remarkable awareness we can all tap into when we are ready to awaken to our own divine inner core.
